Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1– 4 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Custom, made-to-order, personalized, and mystery box items may require additional processing time.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Mystery Boxes & Limited Releases

Due to the curated nature of our mystery boxes and limited-edition releases, processing times may vary. Any extended processing times will be clearly communicated on the product listing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Cursed & Crowned is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist with providing shipment information.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cursedandcrowned@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
